Extended Life Filter Bag Series

CMI’s Extended Life Filter Bags (POXL / PEXL) are engineered with a unique dual-layer needle-felt construction, significantly increasing the dirt-holding capacity without increasing the initial pressure drop.

This design allows the filter bag to last up to five times longer than standard felt bags, reducing both filtration cost and labor cost associated with change-outs.

These bags are available in Polypropylene (POXL) and Polyester (PEXL) to meet different process requirements, including applications requiring improved chemical compatibility or higher temperature resistance.

Extended Life bags are also available in fully welded construction, ensuring leak-free operation and eliminating the possibility of bypass.
