CMI sintered metal mesh filters are multi-layer laminated filtration media designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. With a stable pore structure and high mechanical strength, they provide reliable filtration performance, low pressure drop, and long service life. Suitable for liquid and gas filtration, particle separation, and demanding industrial environments.

High-Strength Multi-Layer Filtration for Demanding Industrial Conditions
CMI sintered metal mesh filters are manufactured by bonding multiple layers of woven metal mesh through high-temperature vacuum sintering, forming a rigid and porous laminate structure.
This structure combines precise filtration performance with excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability. By selecting different mesh sizes, wire diameters, weaving patterns, and layer configurations, the pore structure, permeability, and strength can be precisely controlled.
Standard configurations typically include 5-layer sintered mesh laminates, while 6-layer or 7-layer structures are available for higher strength or finer filtration requirements.
Sintered mesh materials can be fabricated into cartridges as well as discs, cones, cylinders, and other customized geometries.
