Sintered Metal Pleated Filter
CMI sintered metal pleated filters provide high-efficiency filtration with increased surface area for high flow and low pressure drop applications. By combining pleated design with sintered metal media, these filters offer excellent strength, durability, and long service life in high temperature, high pressure, and demanding industrial environments.

CMI sintered metal pleated filters are high-efficiency filtration elements manufactured by pleating multi-layer sintered metal mesh or sintered metal fiber media.
The pleated structure significantly increases the effective filtration surface area, allowing higher flow rates, lower pressure drop, and longer service life compared to conventional cylindrical filter elements.
By increasing filtration area within the same volume, pleated filters enable the use of smaller housings, reducing equipment footprint and overall system cost.
The filter media is bonded through high-temperature vacuum sintering, ensuring excellent mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and long-term stability under high pressure, high temperature, and high-viscosity conditions.
