CMI manufactures sintered metal powder filter discs in a wide range of materials, sizes, and geometries, including round discs, square plates, and customized shapes for industrial filtration and flow control applications.

Produced by isostatic cold pressing followed by high-temperature vacuum sintering, these components form a uniform and rigid porous structure with precise pore size distribution, high permeability, and excellent mechanical strength.

Precision tooling and controlled compaction processes ensure tight dimensional tolerances, making these discs suitable for demanding applications involving gas and liquid filtration, flow restriction, and system protection.
