High-Precision Surface Filtration with High Flux and Low Pressure Drop

CMI asymmetric sintered metal membrane filters are advanced metallic filtration elements manufactured by sintering a fine-particle metal membrane layer onto a porous sintered metal substrate.

The outer membrane layer provides precise surface filtration, while the inner porous structure acts as a high-strength support with excellent permeability. This creates a highly efficient asymmetric filtration structure combining fine retention and high flow capacity.

Compared to conventional sintered metal filters, the membrane design enables significantly improved filtration accuracy while maintaining low pressure drop and stable long-term operation.
