Precision Sintered Metal Parts for Filtration, Flow Control and Gas Diffusion

CMI porous metal components are manufactured using advanced powder metallurgy and high-temperature sintering processes, forming a highly uniform, rigid, and precisely controlled porous structure.

These components are designed for demanding applications including filtration, flow restriction, gas diffusion, sparging, sampling, and sensor protection, where consistent permeability and mechanical stability are critical.

With flexible geometry and precise pore control, CMI porous metal parts are widely used as direct replacements for MOTT® porous metal components, as well as for OEM custom-engineered solutions.
