Diffusion-Bonded Multi-Layer Mesh for High-Strength, Surface Filtration and Backwashable Applications

CMI sintered metal mesh components are manufactured by stacking multiple layers of woven wire mesh and bonding them through high-temperature diffusion sintering.

This process creates a rigid, porous laminate with controlled pore structure, high mechanical strength, and excellent permeability, making it ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and backwashable filtration systems.

Compared to conventional woven mesh or powder-sintered materials, sintered mesh components provide superior dimensional stability, consistent surface filtration, and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
