Absolute Rated Heavy Duty Filter Bags-MFB Max Series

Our MFB-MAX series is an upgraded version of our absolute-rated heavy-duty filter bags, engineered for applications requiring extremely high dirt-holding capacity and long service life.

This bag integrates a multi-layer melt-blown PP microfiber structure together with an internal melt-blown cartridge insert, allowing it to hold 2–3× more contaminants than standard absolute-rated bags while maintaining low pressure drop and 99% particle removal efficiency.

The unique graded-porosity structure and seamless cartridge insert enable true absolute filtration, excellent gel retention, and stable performance even in demanding applications.

This construction is also ideal for replacement of well-known high-capacity melt-blown insert bags used worldwide in industrial filtration (e.g., commonly used in FSI-type dual-structure filter bag systems).
