With excellent permeability, strong structure, and high temperature resistance, they are ideal for gas filtration and demanding industrial processes requiring stable and efficient performance.

High-Porosity Filtration Media for High Flow and Low Pressure Drop Applications
CMI sintered metal fiber filters are manufactured by layering non-woven metal fibers and bonding them through high-temperature vacuum sintering, forming a highly porous and uniform filtration structure.
This structure provides extremely high porosity, narrow pore size distribution, and stable performance under high temperature and pressure conditions. Compared to powder and mesh structures, sintered metal fiber media offers significantly higher permeability and lower pressure drop, making it especially suitable for high flow and gas filtration applications.
The material can be fabricated into cartridges, discs, sheets, plates, tubes, and pleated elements, allowing flexible design for a wide range of liquid and gas filtration systems.
